Which workshop?

It is important to pick the correct workshop for you. We have put together a free min-workshop called "The functional foot test" to allow you to take part in basic analysis which will then direct you to the correct workshop for you! Remember regaining function takes time, are you doing what's recommended here?

  • I make sure to put aside 5-20 minutes per day for my exercises. These are specific for my foot and ankle.

  • I make sure to stay active throughout the day and aim to reach 10,000 steps per day.

  • I have invested in correctly fitted shoes based on MyFootFunction's recommendation. I wear these throughout the day.
