Which workshop?

It is important to pick the correct workshop for you. We have put together a free min-workshop called "The functional foot test" to allow you to take part in basic analysis which will then direct you to the correct workshop for you! Regaining function takes time.

  • I put aside 5-20 minutes per day for my exercises. These are specific for my foot and ankle.

  • I make sure to stay active throughout the day and aim to reach 10,000 steps daily.

  • I have invested in correctly fitted shoes. I wear these throughout the day.
